Chocolate Sponge Cake

I’m so sorry for the lack of posts lately, as you may know if you follow me on Instagram, I have been working on something so exciting with blogger @dannibelle. We are making an eBook together, Simply Good. which will be ready before xmas! It’s been such a busy time for me but I can’t tell you how excited I am to share our recipes with you. The eBook will have sweet AND savoury recipes – and trust me – they’re delicious.

Now, back to the cake. I made this yummy clean chocolate sponge cake for my gorgeous boyfriend’s 25th birthday. And it was a hit. When you eat a spoonful of cake, ¬†there’s so many different tastes that combine together so nicely. The sponge cake, strawberries and creamy chocolate pair perfectly together. Happy baking! X
