Frozen Yoghurt 3 Ways

For those who follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that I recently had my wisdom teeth removed – which was so much fun (not). One positive from the experience was that I got to enjoy lots of frozen treats – and to stop myself from snacking on ice cream all day – I decided to make frozen yoghurt in three delicious flavours.

Frozen yoghurt is something I eat all year round and it’s always my favourite pre-movie treat or Sunday night snack. I’m not one to cover it in chocolate sauce/nuts/chocolate bars etc, but if YOU are, this would definitely work a treat. Happy baking (freezing) xx

 

Strawberry and Vanilla 

1 cup plain or greek yoghurt of choice

1/2 punnet strawberries, chopped

1 drop vanilla essence

1 tbsp rice malt syrup

 

Chocolate Mint

1 cup plain or greek yoghurt of choice

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 drop of peppermint essence

1 square of dark chocolate, chopped

1 tbsp rice malt syrup

 

Mango

1 cup plain or greek yoghurt of choice

1/2 cup frozen mango

1 tbsp rice malt syrup

 

METHOD

  • Place all ingredients in blender until combined and freeze for 8 hours. Enjoy!
